On the last Tuesday of every month Bear Creek Ski Area has a short track race. Yesterday Macungie Pa had a severe weather warning, for a good reason. It rained so hard you could barely see racers 200 yards away across a pond. The sport race is first, which i was very thankful for yesterday, because our race finished in time. It is a fun little lap where you go up a long climb loop around, down a fun technical descent, and around another rocky section back to the finish. I won the sport/beginner race and Topher, Aaron, and Mike had a three way tie for first in the Expert race. The races are really fun, and you should deffinetly come out and do them.
