Fathers Day Ride

Today my Dad, Brian, Timmy, Ed, Kevin, and I went on a Father's day ride.  We road up at Salsbury in Bethlehem next to Saint Luke's hospital.  The riding was incredible, they were definitely some of the best trails I have ridden on in a while.  I haven't been on a ride with my Dad in a really long time.  It was really fun to go out with him again.  He taught me everything that I know, and he is the reason I ride the way I do.  I remember when I was little he would always pull away from me and make me ride extra fast to catch him.  When i would get made and frustrated he would just say ''Fine, next time I won't bring you". Right after that I would calm down, because I loved going riding with him.  He would always bribe me, saying if i rode a rock section or climbed a hill, he would buy me Rita's on the way home.  He is the reason I love mountain biking so much! It was the best to learn from him!

Those were good times...I remember when my dad taught me how to ride. He would bribe me with a Gatorade, saying that if I rode up this one hill, he would buy me one. Sunday kinda competed the circle; we did the Stoopid 50 together and we really helped eachother out the whole race.
